Within the framework of inter-institutional agreements and research projects, the agency regularly establishes partnerships with regional, national and international organisations and initiatives, private foundations and associations.

This clinical trial partnership is a public-public initiative bringing together European and sub-Saharan African countries.

WHO – partnership on HIV, hepatitis, STIs, tuberculosis, and filovirus

Since 2022 ANRS Emerging Infectious Diseases and WHO have been working together to strengthen their scientific and technical cooperation in low- and middle-income countries in the field of viral infections.

GloPID-R Network

ANRS Emerging Infectious Diseases is a member of the Global Research Collaboration for Infectious Disease Preparedness (GloPID-R), a network of European and international funders of research in infectious diseases.
