The 2024 Arbo-France symposium will explore the place of research in the threat of emerging arboviruses, with a focus on Yellow Fever, arboviruses transmitted by Culicoides, and tick-borne disease.
Arbo-France is a French network for the study of arboviruses
Aim : facilitating preparedness and response to human and animal arbovirus epidemics in mainland France and the overseas territories.
These scientific are open to everyone and can only be attended online, as places in person are full.
Some sessions will be held in English or French without translation.

20 August marks the anniversary of Dr Ross’s 1897 discovery of the role played by female mosquitoes in transmitting malaria to humans. Above all, this day provides an opportunity to raise public awareness of the health risks associated with mosquitoes and the diseases they carry.
