13th ANRS MIE International Workshop on HBV Cure

13th edition of the HBV Cure 2026 international workshop

In 2026, the 13^th international workshop of the ANRS HBV Cure Task Force will be held in conjunction with the 26^th Meeting of the National Viral Hepatitis Network (24–25 March) in Lyon.

During these three exceptional days, you will be able to:

• Discover various presentations on the latest advances in French fundamental and translational research on viral hepatitis,
• Participate in the joint session dedicated to young researchers,
• Attend presentations by international researchers who will present the latest global advances in HBV Cure.

These two events – free upon registration – are open to the entire community working on viral hepatitis: researchers, clinicians, and patients interested in research at the interface between clinical aspects and fundamental research.

Programme for the 13th^th international workshop of the ANRS HBV Cure Task Force

This event aims to present and discuss the latest international advances in basic, translational and clinical research on the hepatitis B virus. The presentations, given by international speakers, will focus on the following main topics:

1. Viral genome persistence
2. Immunological determinants of viral persistence
3. The liver reservoir of infection
4. Novel therapies – Translational studies
5. Cohort studies
6. Novel therapies – Progress in clinical development

In addition, a dedicated session will present the research work of young researchers during a plenary session.
