Seminar on the well-being of Ukrainian refugees in need of HIV and TB care

29 February 2024

The essential

As part of the ANRS MIE-funded research project on the health of Ukrainian refugees and their access to HIV- and tuberculosis-related healthcare services in host countries, coordinated by Daniel Kashnitsky and Laurence Simmat-Durand, Université Paris Cité and Cermes 3 are organizing a seminar on February 29, 2024 (9:30am-4:00pm).

This seminar, open to all, will focus on the collection and interpretation of evidence to advance robust migration and health policy in the European region. It will bring together sociologists, demographers, public health experts, caregivers and associations, and will mobilize speakers from six countries hosting Ukrainian refugees: France, Germany, Poland, Estonia, Moldavia and Georgia.

The seminar will be held in English (in person at Paris Sorbonne University, or by videoconference).

Registration is free but mandatory.
