Over the last 40 years, major advances have been made in HIV research: understanding the HIV replication cycle and the immune response to the virus, developing effective tools for preventing infection and disease progression… However, to put an end to the epidemic of this extremely complex virus, more needs to be done. On the eve of World AIDS Day on December 1, Institut Pasteur and ANRS | MIE have organized a scientific symposium featuring internationally renowned scientific speakers who will be sharing their knowledge and expertise throughout the event.
