Scientific days PRISME Guinea

The PRISME Guinea (International Research Platform for Global Health) scientific conference was held from 21 to 22 October 2025 at the Noom Hotel in Conakry and online.

Main points

These scientific days were organised by CERFIG, in collaboration with all the partners of the International Research Platform for Global Health (PRISME) – the Guinean Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene, the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, Gamal Abdel Nasser University in Conakry (UGANC), the French Embassy in Guinea, Inserm, IRD and ANRS MIE. The event highlighted the dynamics of research on infectious diseases conducted in Guinea.

Objectives

  • Showcase ongoing projects

  • Discuss scientific priorities in Guinea

  • Strengthen synergies between Guinean, French, and international researchers
