On 15 June 2026, the Coordinated Action ‘Basic and Translational Research on Viral Hepatitis’ (AC42) is organising its first thematic day of 2026. It will take place in Room 132 at Inserm’s headquarters (101 Rue de Tolbiac, Paris).

This thematic day will focus on emerging technologies for the study of host-virus interactions. The morning session (9.45 am – 12.30 pm, remote access available) will be devoted to presentations by experts:

  • Viet Loan DAO THI (organoid models)
  • Sébastien EYMIEUX (Tours microscopy platform)
  • Maelle LOCATELLI (spatial transcriptomics)
  • Hélène CHIAPELLO (omics data management and integration)
  • Raphaël GUEROIS (alphafold)

The afternoon (2.00 pm4.00 pm) will consist of a brainstorming session dedicated to setting up projects and collaborations.
