Coordinated Action on Long Covid

In brief

The aim of Coordinated Action Long Covid, to be set up in 2022, is to provide scientific leadership and to develop and support innovative research projects in the field of Covid Long in order to encourage their submission to calls for projects.

Activities

Coordinated Action is focusing on four priority areas:

  1. epidemiology, with the need for regular assessment of epidemiological trends in cases and the impact on society;
  2. fundamental research, with a particular focus on neurological disorders in terms of pathophysiological hypotheses;
  3. therapeutic research;
  4. the humanities and social sciences. Therapeutic research; iv. Human and social sciences.
