Quality Approach

  • The Quality Management System (QMS) aims to structure and formalize organizational practices in order to improve the quality and performance of the services provided by ANRS MIE in line with its overall strategy.
  • It contributes to the continuous improvement and sustainability of our activities while ensuring compliance with applicable standards and regulations.

Why This Quality Policy?

Our goal is to strengthen our corporate culture by placing quality at the heart of our actions. This policy defines the guiding principles that will direct our daily decisions and practices, in order to:

  • Ensure stakeholder satisfaction by meeting their expectations and needs.
  • Optimize our processes for greater efficiency and consistency.
  • Encourage continuous improvement through everyone’s involvement.

The ANRS MIE’s quality policy is structured around four key areas:

1.Optimising our organisation

Strengthening our operational efficiency and preparing for health crises.

2.Promoting a quality-focused approach

Establishing a culture of continuous improvement within the agency and with all our partners.

3.Establishing a structured evaluation framework

Managing the implementation of our strategy through key performance indicators.

4.Ensuring the quality of processes

Ensuring fairness, transparency and excellence in the selection, evaluation and funding of projects.

 

The ANRS MIE leadership attaches strategic importance to the quality policy, which it considers a key driver of reliability, credibility, and performance. It is committed to integrating this policy into all of the agency’s activities to ensure effective crisis preparedness and response, optimal institutional support for research teams, and the safety of the research projects we fund.
