SAVE THE DATE: presentation of calls for proposals 2024

The two Priority Research Programmes and Equipment (PRPE) are part of the National Acceleration Strategy for Emerging Infectious Diseases (EID) and Nuclear, Radiological, Biological and Chemical (NRBC) Threats supported by France 2030.

They complement each other to bring together, lead and structure the scientific communities concerned around the research priorities on EIDs in a decompartmentalised approach between human health, animal health and the environment:

  • PEPR PREZODE (Preventing Zoonotic Diseases Emergence), which focuses on zoonosis prevention strategies, is led by the IRD, CIRAD and INRAE and operated by the ANR.
  • PEPR MIE (Emerging Infectious Diseases): targeting arboviroses, viral haemorrhagic fevers and respiratory viruses, is managed and operated by ANRS Emerging Infectious Diseases (ANRS MIE).

The second calls for proposals for each of the PEPRs have just been launched.

A webinar presenting these 2 current calls for proposals will be held on 14 May 2024, from 2.30pm to 5pm, to answer any questions you may have.
